World Energy Congress

Ward & Ames provided Event Management, Production, theming and all sub-contractor coordination for the Opening Ceremonies of the World Energy Congress attended by 8,000 guests in the George R. Brown Convention Center. The Closing Reception and banquet set a record for the largest seated dinner in Texas – 4,000 people on the floor of the Astrodome.
